Home Auction Advantage (Corp license 01877663) is owned by John Woodall (Broker license 01740669).  John is a Realtor, holds the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation, and is a Certified HAFA Specialist.  Since 2003 John has worked full time to help homeowners find creative solutions to difficult real estate problems.  He is a Dean's List graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.

Richard (Salesperson license 01713000) works with Buyers and handles Short Sale listings.  Richard negotiates with the lenders on all of the brokerage's short sales.  Richard also works with our Spanish-only clients.
